You might want a fairly large photo of your company at the top of this paragraph maybe photos of your employees on the right such as is pictured with a short paragraph about each employee. Example: below

Donna joined our company with 15 years of self-taught experience in arts and graphic design. Though she has dabbled in art since childhood, she only began to use her talents professionally when she started her own home business creating flyers, brochures, business cards, etc. 

These are just suggestions and you have different ideas, which is fine. You might want ads on the right, or you might have several companies in different locations and want to put photos of them with the address.  I am just giving you some ideas.
